We ship to all countries and territories that are served by Canada Post, except for Québec.

If you're wondering why we don't ship to Québec, it's because the processes for registering our business as well as collecting and remitting taxes is complicated and comes with extra costs. Ain't nobody got time for that! 

That being said, we will definitely put in the work and $$ required to properly register in Québec if the demand becomes great enough.

Customs officials assess duties and taxes based on information provided on the air waybill, the Commercial Invoice, and other relevant documents. In some countries, duties and taxes must be paid before the goods are released from customs. 

Maisha Tea does not charge or collect Duty, VAT and/or Import fees on any of our products, nor are we able to estimate what additional charges you may incur. You, the customer, are responsible for paying any duty, local sales tax/VAT and import fees that may be incurred on your shipment.

What is VAT? 

Value Added Tax (VAT) is a consumption tax levied on goods and services in many countries around the world.

What is Duty? 

Duty is a tax or tariff payable on goods imported to into applicable countries.
